rainyseason.cr is a creative adventure studio in Costa Rica, a project by humanrightsreserved.org. When we say "we", we mean the humans who run the studio.

Only what you give us and what we need to reply. If you send us your email or a message, through a form or the private line, we keep it so we can answer you and hold a record for you. We also keep basic technical logs, like the time of a request, to run the site.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train anything. We do not share it with advertisers.

What you send us stays private to the team and travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

As we open the private line, your messages are also encrypted where they are stored, you can sign in with a passkey that never leaves your device, and you can delete your thread yourself. Our code is open, so anyone can read exactly how your data is handled.

You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to remove it. In the private line you can view your thread at any time and delete it yourself, permanently. We keep records only as long as we need them.
